Porque empezar ya ser\u00e1 tu primer objetivo conseguido para ponerte en forma. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, cada semana en el <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/fitfiu_fitness\/\">Instagram de FITFIU<\/a><\/strong>, encontrar\u00e1s una rutina adaptada que ser\u00e1 super f\u00e1cil de seguir. \u00a1Y eso no es todo!
