La deshidrataci\u00f3n no solo baja tu rendimiento f\u00edsico, tambi\u00e9n perjudica la coordinaci\u00f3n, el enfoque y la toma de decisiones. En deportes como el crossfit o el entrenamiento de alta intensidad, mantener una buena hidrataci\u00f3n en el entrenamiento puede marcar una gran diferencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>C\u00f3mo mantener una hidrataci\u00f3n efectiva<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aqu\u00ed tienes algunas estrategias pr\u00e1cticas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Empieza hidratado<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No esperes a tener sed para tomar agua. Hidr\u00e1tate antes, durante y despu\u00e9s del entrenamiento<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Antes:<\/strong> Toma entre 400-600 ml de agua unas 2 horas antes de entrenar.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Durante:<\/strong> Si entrenas m\u00e1s de 45-60 minutos o en calor extremo, toma sorbos frecuentes (150-250 ml cada 15-20 minutos).<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Despu\u00e9s:<\/strong> Rehidrata con agua o bebidas con electrolitos, especialmente si sudaste mucho.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. No subestimes los electrolitos<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A veces solo agua no basta.
