Aunque mucha gente a\u00fan no lo conoce, es <strong>uno de los 36 vegetales con mayor valor nutricional<\/strong> debido a su composici\u00f3n, repleta de minerales y prote\u00ednas. \u00a1Adem\u00e1s es sin gluten!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El amaranto se encuentra en la naturaleza en forma de planta, aunque existen 60 especies diferentes. Es una gran <strong>fuente de amino\u00e1cidos naturales<\/strong> (contiene muchos amino\u00e1cidos esenciales, los que el cuerpo no logra producir) y es muy \u00fatil para aquellos que quieren aumentar su consumo de prote\u00ednas de origen vegetal. Tambi\u00e9n contiene calcio, magnesio, hierro (\u00a1m\u00e1s que las espinacas!) e incluso zinc y selenio (que estimulan el sistema inmunitario).
