Te aportar\u00e1n un gran chute de antioxidantes, ya que el tomate contiene mucha vitamina C y licopeno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Galletas de avena (2 ingredientes)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aplasta un <strong>pl\u00e1tano muy maduro con la ayuda de un tenedor y m\u00e9zclalo con copos de avena<\/strong> (unos 30 gramos aproximadamente). Tambi\u00e9n puedes a\u00f1adirle un poco de canela molida. Reparte la masa en porciones y cu\u00e9celas al horno unos 15-20 minutos. Eso s\u00ed, para transportarlas ll\u00e9valas en un tarro herm\u00e9tico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Palomitas caseras&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Se preparan r\u00e1pido e incluso son <strong>buenas para ni\u00f1os<\/strong>. Pero \u00a1vigila! Porque como te las quieras comer en el coche, ya puedes ir preparando la aspiradora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Tienen vitaminas, minerales, fibra y aguantan muy bien fuera de la nevera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Eso s\u00ed, aseg\u00farate de que el 90\u202f% de su composici\u00f3n sea el ingrediente principal (garbanzos o aguacate).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con un par de cucharadas para merendar es m\u00e1s que suficiente, \u00a1no te pases con la cantidad!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. Chocolate negro<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Estamos seguros de que no esperabas encontrarte el chocolate aqu\u00ed. Pero s\u00ed, es <strong>un salvavidas<\/strong> cargado de magnesio, hierro, manganeso, cafe\u00edna, teobromina y antioxidantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfLa mala noticia? Debe tener un 70\u202f% de cacao como m\u00ednimo, no puede estar edulcorado y se deben consumir un m\u00e1ximo de 2 onzas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10. Cereales integrales sin az\u00facar<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfBarato y r\u00e1pido? Pues unos cereales integrales <strong>sin az\u00facar a\u00f1adido<\/strong>, combinados con leche o yogur, aunque tambi\u00e9n se puede combinar con vegetales.
