Con lo que mejor sabemos hacer: <strong>fitness y vida sana (\u00a1y divertida!)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a1Entrena el BLUE MONDAY!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El 17 de enero se celebra el D\u00eda m\u00e1s triste del a\u00f1o (el tercer lunes del mes). La primera vez que se utiliz\u00f3 esta expresi\u00f3n fue en 2005 de la mano de Cliff Arnall. Este profesor de la Universidad de Cardiff pretend\u00eda describir el resultado de un conjunto de variables que afectan al car\u00e1cter y humor de las personas.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero, \u00bfc\u00f3mo podemos luchar contra este d\u00eda tan triste conocido como Blue Monday? Desde FITFIU hemos preparado estos <strong>TIPS para cuidarte, mimarte y pasarlo en grande en este d\u00eda tan gris.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color:#cf2e2e\" class=\"tadv-color\">1. Rutina fitness<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Con un estilo de vida FIT\u2026 \u00a1no hay Blue Monday que se te resista!<\/strong> Ponte la ropa de deporte, las bambas y sigue la rutina fitness que te propone nuestro entrenador \u00d3scar para activarte y hacer que las endorfinas recorran todo tu cuerpo llen\u00e1ndolo de felicidad y vitalidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Circuito de 5 ejercicios: 3&#215;4\u2019 cada 10 repeticiones, cambio de ejercicio<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vamos a realizar 10 repeticiones de cada uno de estos ejercicios durante 4 minutos, \u00a1sin descansos! El objetivo es hacer (bien) el mayor n\u00famero de pasadas en cada uno de ellos. Una vez pasados los 4 minutos descansaremos 1 minuto entero. \u00a1Y vuelta a empezar! As\u00ed, 3 veces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color:#414141\" class=\"tadv-color\">Ejercicio 1<\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Posici\u00f3n inicial de plancha. El movimiento ser\u00e1 como si fu\u00e9semos a hacer un burpee, pero sin saltar. Al ponernos de pie levantamos una rodilla y volvemos a posici\u00f3n inicial de plancha. Nos colocamos en un lateral del accesorio cardio por excelencia y empezamos en posici\u00f3n de sentadilla con un pie encima del step y brazos atr\u00e1s. F\u00e1cil, \u00bfno? En posici\u00f3n de plancha y codos sobre la esterilla vamos a pasar de un lado a otro la botella por encima de los libros colocados en frente de nuestra cabeza. En posici\u00f3n de plancha vamos a coger la pesa con la mano derecha y la pasaremos por dentro del brazo extendido y volveremos a posici\u00f3n de plancha.
