masa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 huevo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas de levadura<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas de pasta de d\u00e1til<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>240 gr de harina integral<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 ml de aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ralladura de lim\u00f3n y de naranja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas de leche en polvo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharada de agua de azahar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 gotas de esencia de vainilla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pizca de jengibre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 ml de leche o bebida vegetal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pizca de sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para el relleno<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Leche de coco en lata<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pasta de d\u00e1til o otro edulcorante<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 gota de esencia de vainilla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La haba y el rey<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En 20 ml de leche o bebida vegetal templada a\u00f1adimos la levadura.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mezclamos todos los ingredientes de la masa con las manos hasta obtener una masa homog\u00e9nea<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dejamos reposar entre 2 y 3 horas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damos forma al rosc\u00f3n y dejamos reposar 30 minutos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pintamos con huevo y decoramos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Horneamos durante 15 minutos a 150\u00ba (dependiendo del horno ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s o menos tiempo)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dejamos enfriar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batimos la leche con la pasta de d\u00e1til y la esencia de vainilla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abrimos el rosc\u00f3n por la mitad y rellenamos<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahora solo queda disfrutar de este maravilloso dulce, \u00a1y qu\u00e9 mejor que con un buen chocolate
