Despu\u00e9s triturarlos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Por un lado: mezclar la harina, las especias y la levadura.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Por otro lado: mezclar la pasta de d\u00e1til, el aceite y los huevos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unir las dos mezclas. Dejar reposar 20 minutos en la nevera.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Precalentar el horno a 170\u00b0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Con la ayuda de un rodillo, estirar la masa y, con los moldes navide\u00f1os, cortar las galletas. Despu\u00e9s, retirar del fuego y a\u00f1adir el resto del chocolate para mezclarlo todo bien. Volver a calentar unos minutos y dejar enfriar un poco.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mientras tanto, poner los frutos secos y semillas en una bandeja de horno y hornear a 180\u00baC durante unos 10-15 minutos (resultado final: tostado).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Picar los orejones de albaricoque en cubitos peque\u00f1os.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cubrir un molde cuadrado con papel sulfurizado y echar el chocolate fundido.
