class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Plato principal<\/strong>: <strong><span style=\"color:#dc1f1d\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Crema de calabaza y remolacha<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>750\u202fg de calabaza limpia (aproximadamente lo que sacamos de una calabaza mediana)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 remolacha cocida<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 patata<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cebolla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 quesitos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 huevos de codorniz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Picatostes tostados<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal y pimienta al gusto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Procedimiento:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hervimos los huevos y los reservamos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pelamos la cebolla y la cortamos en juliana.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pelamos la patata y la cortamos a trozos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limpiamos y vaciamos la calabaza y la cortamos a trozos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sofre\u00edmos la cebolla en una olla con 2 cucharadas de aceite oliva virgen extra.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuando est\u00e9 dorada, a\u00f1adimos la calabaza y la patata y removemos unos minutos y a\u00f1adimos agua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dejamos cocer unos 20 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pasado este tiempo sacamos el agua sobrante, a\u00f1adimos los quesitos y la remolacha y lo trituramos todo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Servir con picatostes tostados y los huevos por sobre la crema (poner alguna oliva negro cortada encima los huevos para dar sensaci\u00f3n de ojos).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Segundo plato<\/strong>:<strong><span style=\"color:#dc1f1d\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> Ara\u00f1as de huevos rellenos <\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"500\" natural<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Olivas negras<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Procedimiento:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hervimos los huevos durante 12-15 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Una vez hechos, los pelamos, lo cortamos por la mitad y sacamos las yemas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mezclamos las yemas con el at\u00fan y el tomate natural.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00f1adir la mezcla al huevo, cortamos las olivas para hacer forma de ara\u00f1a y las colocamos encima el huevo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image cacahuete.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Procedimiento:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cortar las manzanas en cuartos, a los que luego les hacemos un tajo al centro<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rellenar el interior con crema de cacahuete<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Decorar con almendras o pepitas de girasol, arroz inflado\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span style=\"color:#dc1f1d\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Cupcakes de avena, pl\u00e1tano y huevo con decoraci\u00f3n fant\u00e1stica<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I<strong>ngredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 pl\u00e1tano maduro <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 huevo <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copos de avena <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Queso de untar <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chocolate negro &amp;gt;80%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Procedimiento:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Se tritura el pl\u00e1tano + huevo + copos de avena y los ponemos en moldes de cupcake y lo ponemos al micro unos 3 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batimos el queso quema y lo ponemos por sobre los cupcakes, mientras fundimos el chocolate negro al ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda y los decoramos haciendo dibujitos terror\u00edficos.
