Brazos extendidos a la altura de los hombros y dentro del c\u00edrculo de pilates. Mantenemos la postura corporal recta mientras hacemos una extensi\u00f3n de cadera moviendo la pelvis hacia delante y recogemos gl\u00fateo, a la vez que con los brazos abrimos el aro. B\u00e1sicamente, se trata de trabajar los aductores<strong> <\/strong>(parte interna de las piernas) y el gl\u00fateo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tumbados en el suelo, con los pies bien anclados y separados alineados a los hombros, elevamos un poquito la cadera. Se trata de aguantar en esta posici\u00f3n evitando apoyar el cuerpo en el suelo. \u00a1Vamos, aguanta ah\u00ed con el abdomen fuerte y activo! C\u00f3modamente vamos a quemar grasa.&nbsp;<\/strong>Este se considera un ejercicio vital para desarrollar la fuerza y el volumen en los m\u00fasculos de cadera y gl\u00fateos. El movimiento b\u00e1sico se inicia en posici\u00f3n de cuerpo reclinado en el suelo, con las piernas dentro el aro de pilates sujet\u00e1ndolo fuertemente. Realizamos un <strong>movimiento coordinado de flexo extensi\u00f3n de hombro y cadera<\/strong>. Sin dejar de presionar el aro contra el muslo izquierdo (con la mano del mismo lado), <strong>extendemos y bajamos pierna y brazo derecho hasta casi el suelo y regresamos con ellos a la posici\u00f3n inicial<\/strong>.
