<strong>Mant\u00e9n la tensi\u00f3n de la banda el\u00e1stica.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span style=\"color:#dc1f1d\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Ejercicio 2<\/span> \u00b7 Es<strong>tabilizadores de espalda con tracci\u00f3n de hombro y brazo<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ejercicio para <strong>trabajar los m\u00fasculos estabilizadores de la espalda, as\u00ed como el <em>core <\/em>y los m\u00fasculos extensores del brazo (tr\u00edceps y antebrazo).&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nos colocamos en cuadrupedia, manteniendo la espalda en posici\u00f3n neutra y cogemos la banda el\u00e1stica con ambas manos.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Realizamos una leve elevaci\u00f3n de las rodillas.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manteniendo esta posici\u00f3n y con la resistencia de la goma el\u00e1stica realizamos la extensi\u00f3n de un hombro y del mismo brazo.
