Marcar\u00e1s tableta s\u00f3lo haciendo abdominales<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:#cf2e2e\" class=\"tadv-color\">FALSO<\/span><\/strong>. <strong>Hay que eliminar la capa de grasa abdominal para poder relucir tus m\u00fasculos abdominales<\/strong>. Sin una buena combinaci\u00f3n entre entrenamiento, alimentaci\u00f3n y descanso que te haga consumir m\u00e1s energ\u00eda de la que ingieres a diario, no lo conseguir\u00e1s.
